By submitting the intake form, you acknowledge that it is a request for a consultation appointment only. The law firm of Butler & Harris has not been retained by you, nor is the firm, or any employee of the firm, responsible for any deadlines you may have. That remains true until a contract of representation has been signed between you and the law firm, setting out the terms and conditions of representation.

Our consultation rates are lower than the rates we charge for legal work after the consultation. In some situations we offer a further reduction in our consultation rates, or a waiver of the consultation fee, for potential clients with low income.
