For an appointment to review your employment-related legal matter with Margie Harris, Kathy Butler, or Paul Harris complete the intake form below. You should expect to hear back from us within 24 hours, but delays arise if we are in trial or handling a time-sensitive matter for a client. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, feel free to call and inquire about the status of your intake form.
Some questions may not apply to your situation. Simply answer the questions that do apply. If you are a small business owner, provide your contact information, names of the parties involved, the number of employees at your company, and a short description of the issue
By submitting the intake form, you acknowledge that it is a request for a consultation appointment only. The law firm of Butler & Harris has not been retained by you, nor is the firm, or any employee of the firm, responsible for any deadlines you may have. That remains true until a contract of representation has been signed between you and the law firm, setting out the terms and conditions of representation.
This information is kept confidential and is protected by the attorney-client privilege. It will be used to make sure you have the type of problem we can help you with, and to ensure there is not a conflict of interest that would keep us from speaking with you.
Our consultation rates are lower than the rates we charge for legal work after the consultation. In some situations we offer a further reduction in our consultation rates, or a waiver of the consultation fee, for potential clients with low income.

Unless you are a business owner, please use a personal email account when contacting the firm. We are unable to respond to emails from work email accounts. Remember that your work email account is owned by the company, which means that your employer may be able to read anything you send or receive at that email address.
